Creating a Shelfy listing is simple. Here's what happens from your first photo to a completed sale.
Visit the Seller Resources hub →Start your listing
Add the title, author, category, price, photos, condition, shipping information, and edition details where relevant.
Create Listing →Add clear photos
Show the front cover, back cover, spine, page edges, and any visible flaws or special details.
Good photos help buyers buy with confidence.
Describe the condition accurately
Choose from Shelfy's condition grades, from New/Sealed to Reading Copy.

Set your price
You choose your own price. Consider condition, edition, current retail price, comparable listings, and any included extras.
Publish your listing
Once published, your item appears in Marketplace. Edit the listing, monitor its status, and manage activity from My Shelf.
Go to My Shelf →Simple fees. No surprises.
List for free. When your item sells, Shelfy keeps 20% of the item sale price and you keep 80%.

From sold to paid
Once a buyer places an order, Shelfy guides the transaction through shipping, delivery, and payout.
New order
When someone buys your listing, you'll see the order in your Inbox and Sale details.
Pack it carefully
Protect corners and edges, prevent movement inside the package, and guard against moisture.

Ship the order, then mark it as shipped and delivered from Sale details. Add tracking when your shipping service supports it.
Get paid
Once the order is marked delivered, proceeds are held for 48 hours, then released through Shelfy's payout system.
